Racepoint Group Account Coordinators (AC) are responsible for working collaboratively with account teams to execute deliverables and tactics as specified within client programs. AC's provide critical support to the account teams with overall administrative, accounting, organizational and presentation support duties. The ideal AC candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and relevant agency internship experience. This position requires well organized individuals with enthusiasm and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a necessity, as well as the ability to move quickly from project to project. Although AC is the entry-level position at Racepoint Group, we look for individuals with the skills and drive to quickly assume a larger role within their accounts.

We look for Assistant Account Executives (AAE) who have a solid working knowledge of public relations and who are passionate about what they do. The AAE is a key contributor to the Racepoint team, and is responsible for working collaboratively with account teams to execute the deliverables and tactics as specified within client programs, ranging from the generation of press releases to the development of strong working relationships with key members of the trade press. This position requires proactive, well-organized individuals who demonstrate the potential to lead projects. Typically, Assistant Account Executives will have 1-2 years of agency experience and a passion for the markets we serve.

For the Account Executive (AE) position, we are looking for bright, collaborative individuals who already have 2-4 years of proven agency experience. We look for AE's who have a passion for the markets we serve and a strong knowledge-base from which to build. The ideal AE will already have a track record generating results with the trade press and mainstream media, press release creation and distribution, interactive PR, industry research and analysis, and basic account management experience. We also place strong emphasis on written and verbal communications skills, as well as proficiency using PR tools for account management, tracking, research, and analysis.
